SERVICES / WEBSITE CARE

Independent. Lancashire & beyond.

Keep it
running.
Keep it
sharp.

A website needs care after launch. Keep the essentials covered and make room for the small improvements that help your business keep moving.

From £49 per month. Six-month minimum commitment.

THOUGHTFUL SUPPORT, BEYOND LAUNCH.

01 / A better fit for your business

Website maintenance.
Less on your mind.

Launch is a milestone. Looking after the site is what comes next.

A website can quietly fall behind: an old offer, a plugin waiting for an update, a page that needs a small change. A care plan gives those jobs a place, so your online presence keeps up with the business.

I’m JP, an independent designer based in Lancashire. You have one person who understands the site and can explain the next step clearly. Choose the level of support that fits how often your website needs attention.

LOOK AFTER THE ESSENTIALS. KEEP MOVING.

02 / Thoughtful work. Useful details.

Keep the essentials.
Make room for better.

The plans combine routine WordPress care with time for changes. We review your website before starting and confirm exactly what the arrangement covers.

WordPress updates.

Keep the core platform and agreed components maintained, with attention to how changes affect the site. Existing compatibility issues are discussed before they become part of the plan.

Regular backups.

Backups form part of the care routine. We confirm the backup arrangement for your website during onboarding, including how it works alongside your hosting.

Useful content changes.

Fresh opening hours, a revised service, a new photo or a corrected detail. Included time gives smaller jobs a regular place without starting a new project each time.

Performance attention.

Growth and Priority include performance reviews. These help identify areas worth improving, such as heavy images, slow pages or changes that have added unnecessary weight.

Room to develop.

Larger plans provide more time for updates. Priority also includes proactive improvements, giving us space to discuss useful refinements as the business develops.

One familiar contact.

You speak directly with the person looking after the work. I explain what is practical within your plan and quote separately when a request is a larger piece of work.

Your website.
The right arrangement.

Built in WordPress?

The published plans are a starting point for WordPress sites. I review the build, hosting and current condition before confirming suitability and the work included.

Built in Webflow?

Webflow manages its platform, so it does not need WordPress-style core and plugin updates. We can instead discuss a suitable arrangement for content changes, checks and improvements.

Hosting, domain renewals and third-party subscriptions are confirmed separately. They are not assumed to be included in the monthly plan.

03 / From the portfolio

A site should keep up
with the business.

Real projects from the portfolio show the kinds of information businesses need to keep fresh. The right care plan depends on how much your own website changes.

RETAIL / KEEPING INFORMATION CURRENT

Sleepshed

A retailer’s collections, product information and showroom details need to reflect the business today. An editable website and a clear route for updates help that information stay useful.

04 / A clear way forward

Get set up.
Keep things moving.

We establish the starting point first, then agree a straightforward way to handle the ongoing work.

  1. REVIEW

    Look at
    your website.

Share your website address and the changes you typically need. I review the platform and condition so we can choose a suitable level of support.

  2. AGREE

    Set a
    clear scope.

We confirm the plan, billing, included time and access needed. Any initial fixes or work outside the plan are discussed and quoted separately.

  3. CARE

    Look after
    the essentials.

The agreed maintenance and backup routine begins. You can send the content changes you need, and we plan them around the time in your chosen package.

  4. DEVELOP

    Keep the site
    up to date.

As your business changes, we can review whether the plan still fits. Larger design or development jobs are scoped before work starts.

05 / Choose your level of care

06 / Before we begin

Good questions.
Straight answers.

A little clarity before you take the next step.

Ask me about your project
How much do your website care plans cost?

Essentials is £49 per month, Growth is £139 per month and Priority is £299 per month. Plans are billed monthly with a six-month minimum commitment. The minimum six-month totals are £294, £834 and £1,794 respectively. No VAT is added because I’m not VAT registered.

What is included in the monthly change time?

The time is for agreed website updates, such as changing text, images or existing content. Essentials includes 30 minutes, Growth includes three hours and Priority includes six hours per month. Larger new features or redesigns are scoped separately.

Can you look after a website you did not build?

Potentially, yes. I need to review the platform, build and current condition first. If initial repair or setup work is needed, I’ll explain and quote for it before confirming a care arrangement.

Are hosting and paid plugins included?

They are not assumed to be included. Hosting, domain names, platform subscriptions and paid tools are discussed during onboarding so you understand the full ongoing cost.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes, six months, billed monthly. We confirm the terms, start date and what happens after the initial period before you sign up.

Do these plans work for Webflow?

The published maintenance plans are aimed at WordPress websites. Webflow manages its core platform, so the support needs are different. Get in touch about a tailored arrangement for content, checks and improvements.

Does Priority include an emergency response guarantee?

Priority includes a priority response, but no fixed emergency response time is advertised here. We agree how support requests are handled before starting. If you have an urgent issue, explain it in your enquiry so I can assess it.

What if a request needs more time than my plan includes?

I’ll explain the work involved and agree any additional scope and cost with you before proceeding. Your plan is a clear starting point, not an open-ended commitment to extra work.
